Severity Levels (based on actual multiplier deviation)

OK Actual mult within ±25.0% of expected (e.g., 0.75x - 1.25x if expected 1.0x)
Minor Wrong size but notional deviation < $20
Major Actual mult 25.0% - 50.0% off expected (e.g., 0.50x - 0.75x or 1.25x - 1.50x)
Critical Actual mult >50.0% off, OR missing/unexpected position with notional > $20
